Is the goods manufacturing in Australia?
No, We working with Chinese factory for the last 8 years. it is a run by the village people them-self with livable wages. All other logistics are in house:
Testing, design, fulfillment, storage etc..
How long does it take to received the goods?
We post every day! cut off time for same day posting is 13:30. if you missed the cutoff time we will dispatch you order the next business day
What about customs and quality?
ALL ITEMS must pass a regular textile lab tests. for endurance, lead, small parts. this is mandatory for each item.
we can send you the test results upon request.
We source only high quality of fabric. and we check thickness and shrinkage prior to any production.
We can guarantee the outstanding high quality of any of our garments because we not just design we also supervise the manufacturing process.

If there are any defective products, what is your policy?
If there is any defective merchandise on your order we will issue you a refund for the defective merchandise which will be deducted from your future purchase.
